Where we ship

We currently ship to:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

If your destination is not listed at checkout, we are not currently able to accept an order for that location.

Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated delivery time

• United States and United Kingdom: 7–10 business days after dispatch
• Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand: 8–12 business days after dispatch
• Japan, Singapore, and Mexico: 10–14 business days after dispatch

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, public holidays, weather, and customs processing may affect arrival times.

Tracking

We will email tracking information after your order ships. Tracking updates can take 1–5 business days to appear in the carrier's system.

Split shipments

For logistical reasons, an order may arrive in more than one package. If this happens, we will provide tracking information for each shipment.
